The hotel had its ups and downs. I found it strange that there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room, and the furniture looked quite dated with rusted faucets. It was also surprising not to have a refrigerator in a warm location like southern California. However, the abundance of power plugs was convenient for my devices.

The service was excellent. Jordan and Mario at the front desk, along with Fernando from the wait staff, were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist. Their professionalism was top-notch, making my stay pleasant and hassle-free.

The location was superb, offering a luxurious feel at reasonable prices. The central location allowed easy access to various attractions, and the staff, especially at the Mosaic, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

The dining experience exceeded my expectations. The 'Free Breakfast' was truly delightful, with a wide selection of delicious food. I also dined at the restaurant twice and was impressed by the quality of the dishes and the exceptional service provided, even to my daughter.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were incredibly cozy and the front desk staff always had a sweet treat of chocolate chip cookies waiting for us every night. However, it was possibly the worst room I have ever stayed in with a surplus of extra comforters, blankets, and pillows that hindered the comfort. It was definitely not up to the standards of other DoubleTree hotels I have visited.
